FAQ: What about diet soda?

We don't have to tell you about the controversy over whether or not diet soda is healthy or not. It's all over the media and you can read countless articles skewing the facts both ways.

Our goal with the 90-Day Challenge is to get you healthy and in the best shape of your life.  Our take on diet soda is plain and simple - avoid it!

Healthier low-calorie choices abound, including water, unsweetened tea or coffee.
