We've been there, we've done it. We've each had our own personal weight loss and/or fitness journey. This site is filled with tips, tricks, and recipes that were helpful to each of us as we pressed onward toward our goals.

Recipes

We have tons of recipes stock-piled so this list will continue to grow until we get them all uploaded.  Then, we will post at least one new recipe each week. So, be sure to register your email address in the right-had side bar to subscribe to our updates!

Our goal is for you to be successful and embrace a lifestyle of fit and healthy living.  We've set up this page to share some of our favorite recipes with you in hopes that you will find them healthy and delicious.  Most of these recipes are submitted by Shannon, Amy & Carol, the fellas don't do much of the healthy cooking ;)  

We each have our own cooking style.  Amy is a lazy cook and she takes every shortcut she can while still keeping her meals lean and clean.  Shannon, on the other hand, used to be a Pampered Chef Cooking Consultant.  She enjoys cooking and is great at it!

These are clean eating recipes, safe for maintaining your weight and your fit lifestyle.  These are not Suddenly Slim recipes and you should consult with your coach before using them on the Suddenly Slim program.
